ARTICLE VIII - ELECTIONS
A. At the September meeting the Nominating Committee shall present a slate of candidates for the officers to be filled for the ensuing biennium.
B. At the October meeting the election of the officers for the ensuing biennium shall be conducted. Elected officers then can begin the task of filling positions of the Board and for various committees.
C. At the December meeting the incoming officers shall be installed and shall assume office on the following January 1.
